Making sure that you have peace of mind when visiting a Fuzzy Ed’s soft play area with your little Fuzzoids is as important to us, as it is to you.

So, here are some answers to some of the questions we get asked a lot. If you can’t find what you’re looking for then please feel free to give your local Fuzzy Ed’s a call and a member of our team will be more than happy to answer any queries.

1.Is the play area suitable for teenagers?
No, the play area is only suitable for children under 12.

2.What is in the soft play area?
For the under 5s, we have a slide and a ball pit. For children over 5, there is a bigger ball pit and a slide as well as swing balls and climbing equipment.


3.Are there time limits in the play area?

Children get 1 hours play for the entry fee. For our Free Play Tuesday offer, they can play for free for 1 hour, if they would like to stay longer we will ask for the paid entry fee.

Free Play Tuesday is only available in selected sites and not available during school holidays, please check with your local Fuzzy Ed's before visiting. The offer is not available at the Priory (Wellingborough), Spirit of Endeavour (Boston), Cricketers (Grimsby), Harvester East Kilbride, Harvester Ryhope and Harvester George Stephenson.

 

4.Is there seating near the play area so I can see my children playing?
Yes, there are tables very close to the play area where you can sit and watch your little ones play.

5.Are the play areas monitored?
A member of staff monitors the play area at all times though we do ask that you also keep an eye on your children at all times. Maximum 5 children to 1 adult.

6.Is there first aid available?
The duty manager for the pub that is attached to the Fuzzy Ed’s is trained in first aid and first aid boxes are available throughout the building.

7.Do we have to order food to play?
No, all you need to pay is the entry fee.

8.What restaurants is it attached to?
Sizzling Pubs & Grill — there’s something for everyone.

9.Can we eat in the restaurant and let the children play?
Unfortunately, not. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

10.Is car parking available?
Yes, there is a pub car park with plenty of space if you’re driving.

11.Can we bring our own food into the play area?
Unfortunately, not. However, we do have a range of snacks and drinks at a great price for you to enjoy while you’re visiting us. Why not grab a bite to eat in the pub next door afterwards?
